Start your day with a sense of calm and join Viv in a grounding mindfulness meditation session. The session will begin lying down and Viv will talk you through a restorative relaxed 10 minutes which will then lead on to a seated meditation. You can sit any way you are comfortable - there are no rules, you just have to be able to breathe. You don't have to worry about thoughts or what to do,, as Viv will guide you all the way through with plenty of space for you to tune in and feel at ease. It doesn't matter if you have never meditated before - or even if you have struggled with meditation. Showing up is the first step.
